Q: Are these items authentic?

A: YES, all items in Aly's Lux Closet are GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC.  I take pride in working with vendors to provide high quality, authentic items. A second step of security is taken to provide a Certificate of Authenticity (issued by a third-party, unbiased, professional authenticator) with items purchased, with few exceptions.

Q: How and when will items be shipped?

A:  Items will be shipped within 48 hours once full payment is received. Packages are shipped via USPS Priority or First Class and will include tracking information, insurance and signature confirmation. 

Q: What steps are taken to protect my purchase(s) while awaiting its arrival?

A: The packaging process is recorded and photos are taken to ensure your item(s) arrive safely. You will be provided with the tracking number and insurance is included with shipping costs.

Q: What is your refund/exchange policy?

A: All sales are final; therefore, please examine all pictures and ask all questions prior to purchasing. Items are described as accurately as possible and more pictures are available upon request. Refunds for non-authentic items are only issued if you provide a certificate of non-authenticity from a reputable source. I take pride in working with vendors to provide high quality, authentic items. Q: Why is shipping so costly? 

A: All items are shipped via USPS PRIORITY/ FIRST CLASS with tracking information, insurance and signature confirmation to ensure delivery to the intended recipient, thus protecting both parties.

Q: Why are there plastic tags attached to my item?

A:  The tags are included for  security purposes to identify the bag/item as it has been authenticated by a professional authenticator.  Removal of the tag(s) signify the buyer is satisfied with the item as shipped. Once the tag(s) is/are removed, there will be no exchanges/refunds/negotiations/nor credits issued as I cannot assure that the original item has been returned.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, Aly's Lux Closet only ships to the US. Stay tuned for other updates though!
